It’s been my third time getting an oil change and free vehicle inspection with them, and I can honestly say they consistently provide great service. The staff are friendly, the prices are reasonable, and the overall experience has always been positive. Highly recommended! 👌

This is an updated review. I wanted to update my original review because the owner personally contacted me and took the time to listen to all of my concerns. He acknowledged my concerns, accepted that there were communication issues, and took immediate steps to resolve everything professionally. After speaking with him, I believe he genuinely cares about his customers, his business, and the Grand Prairie community. He wants his customers to be treated fairly, to leave satisfied, and to feel comfortable returning in the future. He also made it clear that he will not allow his staff to be disrespectful to customers and that providing good customer service is important to him. I appreciate that he took ownership of the situation instead of dismissing my concerns. It says a lot about a business when the owner is willing to step in personally, listen, and work toward a fair resolution. Thank you for taking the time to make things right. I appreciate the professionalism, accountability, and commitment to customer service that was shown in resolving this matter.

Our 2018 Silverado 2500 HD LT 6.0L pickup's TOW-HAUL Mode decided to give up the ghost after 8 years of intermittant summer only usage and 125,000 miles. Called around the usual places and Grande Prairie Auto Repair -NORTH location was able to fit us in that same day to diagnose it. The switch on the column shifter was broken/inoperative. The part was only available via dealer. They were able to source it and have it the next morning. Repairs were done and the shop was very accomodating. We even got a ride to and from our travel trailer while it was being held overnight. TWO THUMBS UP!. go here for your auto repair needs, you can't go wrong.

I was mounting a new deck onto the back of my 1 ton and was having a hard time finding a shop that could wire in the lights to the truck and was in a bind as I needed it done quick as I needed to be back at work asap. Grand Prairie auto said they could help me out and I think the job turned to be a little bit more than both of us had anticipated nevertheless gp auto south stepped up to the plate got the job done. Did a great job made sure it was all done right and still charged an extremely fair price for the amount of extra hours the entire team put in. I’d like to personally Thank the techs/ management and everyone involved that stayed late on a Friday and came in and worked on their day off to make sure my truck was up and running and I was able to get back to work. They did an awesome job and still billed me very fair price extremely happy with these guys. 11 out of 10 I will be returning with any other mechanical work I need done in the future.
