They overfilled my power steering reservoir so I had to drain it myself and purge the system which is pretty tough without a hoist. Probably took a few thousand hours off the life of the pump. They also kept my truck an extra day so the journeyman could check the apprentices work, but charged me journeyman rates for the work. Not sure what the journeyman checked. From the look of the other reviews this kind of error seems pretty common. Likely they take on more work than they have guys, and then try to rush it.

They go above and beyond—offering coffee or treats while you wait, and even giving me a ride to my office and picking me up when my vehicle was ready. It’s nice to finally see some good customer service for once ..broke down on my way to Calgary from fsj and they took care of the problem ASAP, since I was in a hard spot . Thanks guys
