They refuse to put in a brand new oem starter, saying I had to buy it from them. They have lost two long time customers and I will never recommend them.

Hello Mike thanks for the review we have never installed customer supplied parts. In the last few years. Due to insurance regulations As my manager explained to you we are in the business to take care of you. We make money buy buying parts at wholesale and selling at retail. This is how we can have the best waranty in the city 2 year 40000km waranty. Hope you found someone to install your starter.

GP Auto Repair (north) got my Jeep in asap when I had no air/heat on this super cold week, they got the parts quicker then they had originally told me and got it all fixed up for me! Super appreciative with how quickly they worked! Thanks guys!

Needed to replace the water pump on my Infiniti and they did not do a vacuum bleed of the coolant system as is standard procedure, even after I specifically asked for it after the repair…. This left air bubbles in the system causing overheating which could have easily damaged my engine. I had to get it burped at another shop. Absolutely ridiculous considering they charged me $5.7k for the repair. Their original quote was much higher than even a dealership but they were willing to match it. Do not sign anything with them before getting multiple quotes!
