already fixed my front signal light. was able to do it because of the knowledge of these people ❤️ they gave me information and options which I appreciate a LOT. got back to me and said they did a bit more digging and offered another alternative just in case the parts I ordered wont work. talk about going an extra mile 👏 will be back for future repairs cos it was worth it. thank you!

They do decent work, although they said my front ended couldn’t be greased and wanted me to pay extra to get the front end inspected. I turned down the inspection and greased the front end myself without a problem. Seem to not want to do much unless you agree to pay extra for their inspection

Brought my car in to have my AC diagnosed and repaired. Ended up with issues post having my vehicle in with GP Auto Repair North although I do believe the issues were not their fault but rather a badly timed coincidence; good customer service in that they towed my car to the shop 2x at their expense and offered me a replacement vehicle to drive in the mean time. Although there was some frustration around the situation due to the back and forth, the customer service (particularly by Nicole) was excellent and they were helpful and took responsibility for their part. AC and newly found issues were fixed and seems to be working well now!

I first met Tony when he was working somewhere else, and he always took the time to explain in detail what was happening, what needed to be repaired right away, and what could safely wait. Imagine my surprise when I called this shop and Tony answered the phone. Since then, I have called the shop with questions about everything from soup to nuts, and I have always been treated with patience, honesty, and a fair amount of knowledge. Even when I was looking at purchasing a new vehicle, I brought my list to Tony and we sat down and discussed each one not something most shops would ever take the time to do. As for repairs, I currently have a ghost somewhere in my dash, and despite all the exploring and troubleshooting we have done so far, we still cannot figure out exactly why it is happening. Tony and the crew have been completely honest and upfront about the repairs, the costs, and the fact that right now it may be best to wait until the issue becomes more consistent before throwing money at guesses. That kind of honesty is hard to find these days. See you guys this fall and thanks again. Finally, an honest shop.

They overfilled my power steering reservoir so I had to drain it myself and purge the system which is pretty tough without a hoist. Probably took a few thousand hours off the life of the pump. They also kept my truck an extra day so the journeyman could check the apprentices work, but charged me journeyman rates for the work. Not sure what the journeyman checked. From the look of the other reviews this kind of error seems pretty common. Likely they take on more work than they have guys, and then try to rush it.

They go above and beyond—offering coffee or treats while you wait, and even giving me a ride to my office and picking me up when my vehicle was ready. The service is always excellent, and you can tell they truly care. I highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for honest, reliable, and welcoming service. Awesome people and awesome service!
