Needed to replace the water pump on my Infiniti and they did not do a vacuum bleed of the coolant system as is standard procedure, even after I specifically asked for it after the repair…. This left air bubbles in the system causing overheating which could have easily damaged my engine. I had to get it burped at another shop. Absolutely ridiculous considering they charged me $5.7k for the repair. Their original quote was much higher than even a dealership but they were willing to match it. Do not sign anything with them before getting multiple quotes!

I went to this shop for a basic service and was told that my power steering fluid was nearly empty and that I should get it inspected and filled — at an additional cost of $180. I immediately questioned this because I had just driven there with no issues at all with my steering, which didn’t line up with what they were claiming. To be sure, I got a second opinion from another mechanic. The second mechanic checked the reservoir and found nothing wrong. In fact, when they tried to top it up, it overflowed, meaning the fluid was already full. I’m very disappointed that this shop was dishonest and tried to upsell me on something that wasn’t needed. I would strongly recommend getting a second opinion before agreeing to any extra services from this place.
